Policies at Aphrodite Esthetics

Late Arrival, No-Shows, Late Cancellations, Deposits

At Aphrodite Esthetics, I like to show a little bit of grace for my clients.  I understand sometimes things come up, and a little grace is needed from a service provider.  Each client is important to me, so I absolutely will show grace where I can, but there may be times when I will have to enact policies as follows:

All my clients must pay a non-refundable deposit for each appointment in the amount of 20% of the appointment total. The remaining amount will be due at checkout.  
I allow 15 minutes grace period for late arrival.  If your appointment is only 15 minutes long, and I have clients directly following, that appointment will be cancelled automatically.  It will be up to you to reschedule the appointment at a later time.  If your appointment is longer than 15 mins, I will do what I can of the service(s) for the remainder of the appointment time, though you will still be charged for the entire appointment.  I allow grace on this when I can accommodate it.  
If you need to cancel an appointment before 24 hours to your appointment, you may do it online through my booking site, after that, you will need to reach out to me directly either through calling, texting, or emailing me. Texting is preferred, as I am more likely to see that ina timely manner.
I understand that emergencies happen and sometimes a client will have to late cancel or no-show an appointment.  I will allow one no-show or late cancel for each client per year.  If it becomes a habit, I will only allow booking with  pre-payment for the appointment. Rescheduling must happen within 24-48 hours or it counts as a cancellation, and may be charged as such. One reschedule is free per deposit paid, further rescheduling will result in a deposit being requested before another appointment can be made and excessive (more than 3) reschedules of an appointment will require full payment upfront.
I would not like to have to begin charging for late cancellations and no-shows, but if I begin to notice a pattern of appointments being cancelled after the 24 hour mark, I will begin to charge 50% of the service as a late cancellation fee and then you will be required to pay in advance in order to book further appointments. Due to this policy, I require a card on file for all clients.
I have these policies in place because I do my best to be prompt for my clients and I expect the same respect in return.  Being habitually late or not showing up to appointments shows you do not respect me or my other clients' time and you may be blocked from booking if I begin to notice a pattern of this. 

Aphrodite Esthetics does not refund services rendered or products purchased, should you have any issues with either services or product, please reach out to me directly so we can figure out the issue together. All Sales are Final.

Communication at Aphrodite Esthetics

In this industry, communication is very important.  I try my best to be available for my clients questions and concerns but there may be times when I cannot answer right away.  When I am with other clients, I may not answer, but I will get back to you at my next break, if possible.  My communication hours are 9-5 on my off days, and if you message or call before or after those hours, I will get back to you on my next business day.

Privacy at Aphrodite Esthetics

Your privacy is very important to us at Aphrodite Esthetics.  Any info you give us that pertains to your identity and health is taken to keep you safe in the treatment room and it is kept securely and confidential.  
If you have a card on file, we don't have access to any information other than the last four digits of the card number that only appears for us when we go to charge you for your service or product.
