I wasn't sure what to write about this week, but I think I want to talk about how this year is going so far. January is typically a slow month for the beauty industry. Most people got their services before the holidays and is pinching pennies and hibernating until spring before going back to practicing self-care again. For me this year, it has been pretty steady and I am so grateful for that.
I have definitely been working towards more growth this year. I have started a couple new partnerships that I am very excited about that I know will bring me to the growth I am working on. As a client, there are so many ways you can support my small business.

These reviews and the ones on my booking site help other clients find me and see the quality I put into my work. I also still offer a 20% referral discount for when you send friends and family. Referrals are the main way I have grown my business so far and I love to continue. Referrals ensure that I get more clients like the ones I already know and love. Following, liking, commenting and sharing my social media pages and posts also help extend my reach beyond what it currently is. These are all free to you, and greatly appreciated by me.
You can also support by booking appointments and purchasing retail, and I show my appreciation to my loyal clients by putting a points system into place so that as you get services, my site will track and input the points into your account. At a certain point, you will accrue enough points to redeem for free services. I love to reward my loyal clients for being so supportive and allowing me to be the person they choose for their self-care. Not only does purchasing retail help further your results, but it also helps me to buy more products and pay more bills.
